- Monthly sending of payment receipts to the employee’s email with special encryption
- Analysis of contracts and employee file checks (seniority, work experience, etc.)
- Posting all documents to the Labor Inspection (hires, departures, Personnel Tables, programs, etc.) Posting Social Security obligations to the former I.K.A. (now EFKA for Employees)
- Submission of Insurance obligations to the former I.K.A (now EFKA for Employees)
- Digital organization of working hours and Digital Work Card (Ergani 2)
- Continuous updates on amendments in social security and labor legislation , adjusting with the current business strategy
